Hay Fever

I can't sleep at night! My nose is alternatively stuffed and runny and my eyes are itchy and swollen. The usual medicines like claritin and stuff work alright but make me fall asleep in class. Everything seems to have some kind of side effect! Why?!?

Lately I've been looking into natural medicine (seems like there'd be less side effects etc) and was wondering whether anyone has heard about the connection between green tea and hay fever??

I found this site, but has anyone tried it? Or what do you think about it? I'm seriously thinking about purchasing it.
