Blocked noseHI all, long time reader first time poster.
Ever since I can remember my nose has run. Now its always runny and I cant breath throught it well if at all. I get sinus head aches and feel tired all the time. I wake up feeling pretty average. I know its hayfever and I have tried every single thing on the market, sprays pills etc etc. My doctor wont help me and I am just about fed up. I am thinking about making a strip of plastic with 2 6mm tubes attached to it. The 2 tubes will go inside my nose and the plastic strip that joins them will stop them from disappearing down my throat. does anyone think this will work? thanks guys
Re: Blocked noseI don't know about you, but I was told that even after living in a certain area for several years, I've developed allergies now. I'm not sure sure how true this is or not - can people develop allergies even after being in one place for 5 or 10 years? I was looking at Pollen.com and but couldn't find the answer.
Re: Blocked noseUnfortunately, from my own personal experience, you can develop allergies after you've lived somewhere a while.
If you're ever planning on moving again, when you get to the new place, get local honey. I'm not saying you have to inundate your system with it, but make sure you get a goodly amount. Honey helps protect against developing local allergies. Heck, I'm not sure how effective it would be, but you could try getting some local honey now. See if it helps at all. Hope that helps.
