seborrheic dermatitis and folliculitis

What will clobetasol, aloe vera, and the zinc and fatty acids do for my dermatitis? What is the plan of care? Any side effects? Is the medication inexpensive? What is your prognosis? What are your recommendations for treatment of the folliculitis on my chest and back? Is this the result of a bacterial infection of the hair follicle? Can treatment clear it up?

Clobetasol is a strong cortisone solution. It will get rid of the inflammation and flakes, but it does not cure it. The other things are supplements, which have a natural anti-inflammatory property as well as anti-infective property. I do not know if you have a bacterial infection. Seborrheic dermatitis has not been found to be due to bacteria, but yeast can play a role.
