Chronic Cough

I am 32 years old and I have had a chronic cough all of my life. I have always had a raspy voice, probably since the age of 2. I have never been a smoker although my father did for several years before I was born. He has been diagnosed with Chronic bronchitis or asthmatic bronchitis….which to me is hardly a diagnosis.
