Asthma medsMy father used to be under really good control with the use of Beclamethasone inhaler along with Albuterol inhaler. The pharmacist told him that they aren't making that anymore, and his Dr. tried him on Singulair-which did not help him at all.
My Dad sounds terrible, he has wheezing across all fields, and feels terrible. He is not overweight, doesn't smoke (quit 30 years ago), and is 66 years young. He uses his nebulizer some days up to 3 times, and prior to this (when using the inhalers) never used it. Any ideas?
Re: Asthma medsThere are inhalers with medications similar to beclamethasone. Has he been tried on those? If not, that would be a good start.
