allergic to cats and horses, does that mean rabbits too?

My daughter was just tested for allergies, and is allergic to horses, cats, all grasses, weeds, trees, corn, nuts, soy and tomatoes. She's been suffering with asthma nasal congestion and in the last year chronic migraines We have a rabbit, but no cat. Does anyone know if you are positive for cats, does that mean you are positive for rabbits also? Thanks
